1:1 Coaching Sessions
If you’re ready to take the first step in feeling your absolute best, this is the perfect option. We’ll meet in person or via Skype and discuss your health goals. You’ll walk away equipped with all of the tools needed to feel your best and reach your goals.
Example coaching sessions might include:
- Travel Well : as a frequent flyer, what's the best way to stay fit and keep your routine
- #mealprepsunday : how to make the most of your time, learn how to prep meals at the start of the week without ending up with boring leftovers by Thursday
- Understanding supplements : ready to up-level your health and dive into what supplements are best for your body? We'll review what natural supplements (probiotics, turmeric, etc.) are best for your body and how to incorporate them into your diet.
General Food & Meal Planning
Life is crazy and we are constantly over-committing ourselves. In these sessions, we’ll spend some time discussing your needs and creating a plan that doesn’t cause you extra work and frees up time and energy during your busy week.
Pantry + Grocery Planning
Everyday, we’re bombarded with marketing ploys and as the consumer, it’s often confusing to understand what’s healthy and what’s not doing our bodies any good. During this session, we’ll go through your pantry and/or take a tour of your grocery store to find the foods that are best for you, and what items you should stock up on!
